If you're not happy with AlphaForecast, we'll refund your first paid charge in full within 14 days of the purchase — no questions asked.
How to request a refund
Two ways:
- From Settings → Billing → Request refund. The button is visible while you're inside the 14-day window.
- By emailing support@alphaforecast.app from the address on your account.
Processing time
Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Stripe typically processes the return within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
After the 14-day window
Outside the 14-day window, charges are non-refundable, but you have options:
- Pause your subscription for up to 3 months from the billing portal.
- Downgrade to a cheaper tier — takes effect at the next billing cycle.
- Cancel — access continues until the end of the current billing period; no future charges.
Add-on report packs
One-time add-on report packs are non-refundable once any report from the pack has been consumed.
