These terms apply to your use of this AlphaForecast launch and waitlist site, operated by AlphaForecast Labs. By joining the waitlist or using the site, you agree to them.
The service
AlphaForecast is pre-launch. This site lets you learn about the product and join the waitlist for the upcoming private beta. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access, pricing, or a launch on any particular date.
Not financial advice
AlphaForecast produces AI-generated analysis and probabilistic forecasts for research and educational purposes only. Nothing on this site or in the product is investment, financial, legal, or tax advice, and nothing is a recommendation to buy or sell any security. Trading involves substantial risk, including loss of capital. You are solely responsible for your own decisions.
Early-access perks
Waitlist benefits (such as free Pro days or onboarding) are offered at our discretion and may change before launch.
Acceptable use
- Don't submit other people's emails without permission.
- Don't attempt to disrupt, probe, or abuse the site or its infrastructure.
- Don't scrape or misuse content beyond ordinary personal viewing.
Intellectual property
The AlphaForecast name, logo, copy, and design are the property of AlphaForecast Labs. You may not reuse them without permission.
Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The site is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AlphaForecast Labs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product develops; we'll revise the date above when we do. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
