This policy explains what AlphaForecast Labs (“AlphaForecast”, “we”) collects on this launch and waitlist site, why, and the choices you have. AlphaForecast is pre-launch; this page covers the marketing site and waitlist only.
Information we collect
- Email address — when you join the waitlist, so we can tell you when the private beta opens.
- Basic request data — the IP address and browser user-agent attached to a waitlist signup, used for spam prevention and abuse protection.
- Aggregate usage — privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics (page views and performance) via Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights. We do not build advertising profiles.
How we use it
- To notify you about the launch and early-access beta.
- To deliver early-signup perks (e.g. free Pro days and onboarding).
- To understand, in aggregate, how the site is performing and improve it.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. We use a small number of service providers strictly to operate the site: Vercel (hosting and analytics) and MongoDB Atlas(storing the waitlist). These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments.
Retention
We keep your email until launch and for a reasonable period afterward, or until you ask us to remove it — whichever comes first.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email we send.
- Access or deletion — email hello@alphaforecast.app and we'll remove your data.
Cookies
We don't use advertising or tracking cookies. Our analytics are cookieless and aggregated.
Changes
We may update this policy as the product evolves; we'll revise the date above when we do.
